My morning veggie smoothy was real pretty this morning.
Connie’s Amazeballz Trout
Tonight I made amazing trout. Saute some heirloom cherry tomatoes, green onions, lemon, crimini mushrooms diced, finely chopped fresh dill, parsley, thyme, sage and rosemary. Stuff the fish with these things and squeeze another wedge of fresh lemon on top. Bake uncovered on a grill pan. It tasted SO good!
